Please note: Each gift box is customised especially for you, so we’re unable to accept returns once the order has been made. Be sure to double-check all personalisation details before placing your order. If selecting the beer-included option, you must be 18 or over.

We aim to dispatch all orders Monday to Friday, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm.

Delivery times will vary depending on product size and courier service:

• Standard Delivery: Usually arrives within 3–5 working days

• Express Delivery: Estimated 2–3 working days

• Next Day Delivery: Delivered the next working day (Monday–Friday only). Please note, next day delivery does not include Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

We do not dispatch or deliver on bank holidays. Any unexpected closures or service updates will be clearly communicated on our website.

Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and eligible under statutory distance selling rights. Returned items must be well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Personalised Items
Due to their bespoke nature, personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described.

Exclusions – Food & Drink Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food or drink products, as by law these cannot be resold once opened or exposed to tampering
